We don’t offer professional counselling, crisis support or diagnostic tools. If you or someone you care about is in immediate danger or facing a mental health crisis, please reach out to a qualified professional or emergency service right away.

All content is provided “as is” and “as available.” We make no warranties—express or implied—about accuracy, completeness, merchantability or fitness for any particular purpose. Your use of our materials is at your own risk.

We can’t promise that using our resources will lead to any specific outcome. Every person and situation is different. Our guides are designed to support reflection, connection and conversation, not to “fix” someone.

3. Respectful Use & Intellectual Property
